Laura Bartlett Laura running at Bucklers Hard

I thrive on sport and love pushing my body to the boundaries to see just how good I can become. In 2004 I started rowing which taught me the strict discipline that is needed to succeed in sport and the importance of a well developed training programme and training goals. I competed throughout the country in regattas and head races in double and single sculls, fours and eights. In 2010 I transferred my sporting passion to running and duathlons (running and cycling). I have since won or been placed in numerous duathlons and running races from 10ks to marathons. I do most of my running off road and love exploring new routes and seeing the countryside change throughout the year. Whilst not training I will normally be reading about it, constantly improving my knowledge on all things fitness.

Personal training allows me to pass on enthusiasm for sport, exercise and living a healthy life style to my clients. I love helping them to achieving their goals whether it is to drop a dress size, run their first 5k or achieve a new PB in their chosen sport.
